Deaf Mental Health Oregon is the name of Dr. Brian Hartman's practice. It was established to address the unique mental health needs of deaf and hard of hearing Oregonians. As a clinical and forensic psychologist, Dr. Hartman conducts psychological testing, assessment, and therapy with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Additionally, he can provide consultation to organizations, attorneys, advocates, or others who are working with deaf individuals.
