Rates and Insurance
Rates
Dr. Hartman's rates are based on the type of service (assessment, testing, therapy, consultation, forensic, etc.). They are also based on the specialized nature of working with individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as the advanced level of training and experience that is required in becoming a psychologist.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Dr. Hartman is a preferred and participating provider with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and Humana. Please check your coverage carefully by checking with the insurance company regarding copays, prior authorizations, or other required elements.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash and check accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified Dr. Hartman at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
